Join Jeannine as she guides us through mindful movement and meditation to manage stress based on the teaching of Max Strom. Earlier in November, a lovely group of yogis enjoyed two hours of mindfulness and pampering. We loved it so much, that we’re doing it again, this time incorporating the teachings of A Life Worth Breathing. The class will be kept small for individual support and attention. Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Our two hours together will consist of accessible yoga (all levels welcome), meditation and mindfulness techniques that can be used in our daily lives OFF the mat.
