In this 6 week class, we will explore yoga, meditation and different breathing techniques and exercises to reduce stress and anxiety and promote healing in the three pillars of transformation body, emotions and mind.
Each class will include accessible yoga, meditation and breathing techniques. I have attended Max’s class three years and will be sharing my experience with you in each class.
I will be following the ideas in the book, but it is not necessary for you to purchase the book for the class. If you would like to, I highly recommend both his books, A Life Worth Breathing and There Is No App for Happiness both available online
