The focus of the series is to learn to work the big muscles first to build strength for holding stronger spacious poses. This class is for every day people, office people, homemakers, runners, bicyclist, joggers, or people on their feet all day. All vocations welcomed! Stretches on the floor are part of the practice. So bring a mat! Props provided. Plus, we have a great floor that is easy on the knees and feet. Attend all 6 wks and pay $40 or drop in for any of the classes at $10 per class.
