Description:Join Jeannine for 6 weeks of Meditation, Yoga and Self-Discovery. In each 90 minute class we will focus on the fundamentals of yoga and meditation to balance daily life on and off the mat. Classes are suitable and accessible for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Wk 6 ~ Yoga & Healthy Eating ~ How yoga and meditation can create a shift to a better nutritional lifestyle.
