In this 3 part series we will be focusing on Self Care. As we start a new year, this is a good time to develop self care habits. We can not give what we don’t have. Come fill yourself so you can fill others.
Sometimes daily stressors or going through difficult experiences in our lives can lead us to feel disconnected from ourselves like we’re simply going through the motions.
“Grounding” is a practice of coming back to the moment and being connected to our experience.
Throughout our class, we’ll explore different strategies for grounding.
Practicing these strategies in your daily life may help with reducing stress and riding the waves of difficult emotions and experiences.
